Automation (CRON) Daily Health Checks

Every day at 00:00 UTC the system reads all active projects & sitemaps, extracts URLs, checks HTTP & SSL, stores the results, and sends email alerts for non-200 responses and SSL issues — all powered by Core PHP, CRON, and PHPMailer-compatible SMTP.
